Based in various research Happy Box is designed to stimulate the frontal cortex of your brain to help release Alpha 2 waves which increase dopamine.
Josephine Watson is a Vancouver, BC multi-discinplinary artist who works in sound, video, documentary film making and visual art. Her research into the brain and how sound affects the brain led her to create the Happy Box Experience. Her studies in psychology, music and music production technology provided the background for her research. She is currently a fourth-year student at Emily Carr University of Art and Design in the New Media Sound Arts BA program. https://www.josephinewatson.ca/
