Happy Box is an immersive audio experience where you can find yourself - in peace.
Based on years of scientific research Happy Box Experience uses specific high-frequency sound to stimulate the frontal cortex of your brain to help release Alpha 2 waves which increase your Happy feelings. This environment includes frequency, vibration, sound, and auditory stimulation with the participant through a booth-like structure environment, triggering positive feelings and an elevated state of self. Through vibration, a participants' DNA is affected and a biological state of calm is elicited. It is a meditative experience that has the participant walk away with an improved sense of self and a state of calm well beyond the state they went in with.
Josephine Watson invented the Happy Box Experience based on research into the human brain and state of mind. The goal was to find a way to help those who are severely traumatized to break out of the closed-loop allostasis of brain-body pain and suffering. Such as PTSD, fibromyalgia, severe drug addiction, insomnia, rumination, psychosocial difficulties, et al.. The experience is designed to increase dopamine release and induce a state of relaxation and peace. In increasing the Alpha 2 wave production, the energy of the brain is raised, and the healing can begin.
